Submit Meter Reading
Send us your latest reading. Meter readings are what billing is calculated from, so getting them in on time keeps your invoices accurate and avoids an estimate being used instead.
How to find your reading
- On most Toshiba e-STUDIO devices: Counter, then Total Counter on the control panel
- Send the mono and colour totals separately if the device shows both
- Photograph the screen and attach it to the email if you would rather not type the figures
- If the device is networked, we may already collect this automatically, so check before sending
