What we need to know
- The device model, for example e-STUDIO 6525AC
- The device serial number if you have it, which removes any guesswork
- Your operating system and version: Windows 11, macOS Sequoia, and so on
- Whether you need the full driver or just a basic print driver
- Whether it is for one machine or a whole office, since a fleet is better deployed centrally
