Cloud Print
Printers connected to a cloud server, so print management and monitoring aren't tied to on-site infrastructure.
Cloud Print connects your fleet to a cloud server rather than an on-site print server, so print jobs can be submitted from anywhere and released at whichever printer is most convenient, on Toshiba devices this is delivered through Toshiba's own e-BRIDGE Global Print platform.
Users can sign in with the accounts they already use, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and choose from authentication methods like a PIN or access card. Guest printing is supported too, with documents submitted by QR code from a phone or cloud storage account.
